Address Change Request

How Do I Change My Address

If you are already registered to vote in Florida and have moved to Seminole County, you may use the Address Change Request Form below to make changes, or contact us in person or by phone, fax or in writing. When requesting an address change please give us your full name, registration number (if available), date of birth, old residence address, old mailing address (if different from the residence address), new residence address and new mailing address (if different from the residence address), and your signature (if in writing). This information will assure that we update the correct registration record. A new voter information card will be mailed to you two to three weeks after we receive your address change request.

NOTE: The form below is only for voters who are currently registered to vote in Florida and have moved to Seminole County.

Please fill out the form completely to notify our office of a change of address. Use the Tab key, not the Enter key, to move from field to field. When you have completed the form, press the "Submit" button below. If you have any questions about this form or about changing your address, please e-mail us atelections@voteseminole.org.
